Corporate Planning Team Leader

You will work closely with senior management and leaders to set Council’s direction by providing critical business insights and recommendations, ensuring excellence in corporate planning and business improvement.

This position is primarily responsible for managing Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting requirements, coordinating business improvement programs and service and process reviews. You will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders to deliver Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting documents, including the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, Operational Plan and various reporting requirements.

We are seeking a highly analytical individual with a strong attention to detail and capability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to attain optimal outcomes. Experience in developing corporate plans and reports along with relevant qualifications in business, analytics or governance is highly desirable for this role.

  • Temporary full time for 6 months (Parental Leave)
  • 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
  • Salary range from $95,154.80 - $105,059.24 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Plus 11% superannuation
