The Manager – Planning and Urban Release is responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient and accurate assessment and determination of applications to deliver quality outcomes which protects our natural features and enhances the built environment.
You will also be responsible for leading a multi-functional unit in the delivery of Urban Release, having regard to Councils role a Principal Certifier, Development Assessment, pre-lodgement services along with specialist assessment advice.
Along with being a great leader of people, you will also be a champion of continuous improvement methodologies, providing a proactive approach to addressing our customers’ needs, and establishing processes and protocols to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
