As a graduate you will be employed in project delivery for a period of up to three years working on some of the most exciting and challenging local government infrastructure being created in Australia. Projects which may include Shell Cove Library and Community Centre, Shell Cove Sports Fields, the Albion Park Bypass and the Warilla Beach Rock Revetment.
You will be supported by a network of people including experienced project delivery professionals, workplace mentors and fellow undergraduates and graduates across Shellharbour City Council.

Graduate Project Delivery Officer - Asset Strategy

As part of a professional project delivery team the Graduate Project Delivery officer will work on delivering projects from all asset classes from within Shellharbour Councils annual Capital works program, including Transport, Building and Aquatics, Stormwater and Park and Open Spaces. This will include opportunities to contribute to the delivery of keystone projects such as the Tripoli Way Road design and Warilla Seawall construction, as well as many other exciting civic and infrastructure focused projects.
As part of the team, you will also make a positive contribution to the four principles that together form the focus of Council, namely the 4C’s: Community, Councillors, Customer and Council.

The flagship centrepiece of the project is the man-made in-shore Harbour and its surrounding waterfront precincts including a 270 berth Marina. This unique and high profile project is thought to be one of the largest ever undertaken by a local government authority in Australia.
