Seasonal Assistant Pool Superintendent

Applications are invited for a Seasonal Pool Lifeguard for the Shellharbour City controlled swimming pools for the 2021/2022 season. Employment will run from October 2021 to March 2022 - however you may be offered temporary employment for future seasons.

The role:

This role is responsible for a wide range of duties including;

  • Supervision of pool customers
  • Carrying out cleaning and maintenance of the pool and surrounding areas

We offer:

  • Temporary Full time, working over 7 days between 5am to 11pm
  • Possibility of extending to future seasons
  • Commencing salary of $1102.82 per week
  • Plus 10% superannuation
  • Penalties are paid in addition for Saturday/Sunday work

Please Note:

  • This position requires a "Working with Children Check" clearance in accordance with the 'Child Protection (WWC) Act 2012'
  • A first aid certificate is an essential requirement of this position, therefore no allowance is payable
  • As part of this recruitment process, you will need to pass a Fitness and Skill assessment
