Business Improvement Coordinator (Temporary 12 months)

The Business Improvement Coordinator is a crucial role within the Organisational Performance team to continue our drive to deliver key continuous improvement projects, initiatives and services across Council.

The position will lead the organisational Business Improvement program to identify, implement and review improvements in business processing and change initiatives. 

You will be passionate about business improvement and driving culture change through coaching, training and supporting the organisation to understand and use business improvement tools and methodologies while promoting and development a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Up to 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time to provide work/life balance
  • Temporary full time position, up to 12 months with a possibility of an extension 
  • Remuneration up to $91,424.84 per annum (dependent on skills, knowledge and experience) plus 9.5% superannuation
