Civil Leading Hand - Asphalt

The Civil Leading Hand (Asphalt) is responsible for leading a diverse team in asphalt-related road maintenance activities. 

You will be experienced in the delivery of various asphalt activities including patching and potholing and will be required to support the other crews across the Services group in the delivery of their works.

The role sits within the Construction and Maintenance team, who provide various services across all internally delivered works within the civil and building areas. The team is a progressive, inclusive and supportive team who truly value their employees.

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and positive team leader, who is excited to work within the local government framework.

  • Permanent full time positions, 38 hours per week with access a 9-day fortnight 
  • Commencing salary range from $56,222.40 up to $62,209.16 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
