The role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Projects Officer to undertake and manage key HR related projects for our group through all stages of project management, from inception to delivery. This is a unique opportunity to support and drive strategic and operational HR projects and change initiatives across the business at an exciting time in our HR transformation. You will play a crucial role in our team by owning and supporting a diverse range of projects across all areas of HR, collaborating across Council to ensure initiatives are fit for purpose and using your well-honed relationship building skills to support project success.

Reporting to the Group Manager Human Resources, you will provide guidance, input and specialist HR and project management knowledge and advice to ensure all projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with our strategic plan. You will also support project delivery undertaken by others in the HR team to ensure consistency in approach, best practice application and that all project work is aligned to our agreed goals.

We offer:

  • Permanent Position, up to 35 hours per week (however will be open to a part time arrangement)
  • Salary up to $1858.28 per week, plus 9.5% superannuation
