As the Weighbridge Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our weighbridge facility.
Located at our Dunmore Waste Depot, your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall functionality of our Waste Services.
You will operate the weighbridge using the 'Mandalay' waste management software system for eftpos transactions, receipting, reconciliation and maintaining the customer database.
This is a casual position, requiring flexibility in hours and the ability to work onsite. Your contribution will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our waste management operations.

We need a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you possess the following, we want to hear from you!
- Qualification in Office Administration or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with the public.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card) or ability to obtain prior to employment.

- Commencing salary of $38.19 per hour
