Are you a passionate and driven swim coach looking for your next opportunity? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic coaches to inspire and guide our swimmers across all levels in a supportive and energetic training environment within our expanding squad programs.
We’re seeking coaches with proven experience in group coaching, the ability to deliver high-quality programs, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to helping swimmers achieve their personal best.
Our squad pathway caters to a wide range of swimmers, from Mini and Junior Development and Performance squads, through to Multi-Sport, Fitness and Adult programs. With over 1100 swimmers enrolled in our swim school programs and year-round squad opportunities, you’ll play a key role in helping athletes improve technique, build confidence and reach their goals.
Our Aquatic Facilities:
We operate three chlorinated pools across the region:
- Oak Flats Pool – Our heated, year-round facility hosting regular programs and squad training.
- Albion Park & Warilla Pools – Seasonal venues offering intensive swim programs during the summer months.

Program Highlights:
- A thriving membership base and vibrant swim culture
- Year-round squad programs running Monday to Friday
- Morning shifts: 5:30am–8:00am
- Afternoon shifts: 4:00pm–6:30pm
- Opportunities for additional weekend work
What we offer:
- Casual positions with a base rate of $39.45 per hour including casual leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience) *Subject to award increase as of 1 July 2026
- Flexibility of shifts ranging from Monday to Sunday, working up to 38 hours per week depending on current enrolment
- Plus 12% superannuation *Subject to increase from 1 July 2026

Please Note:
This position requires a current "Working with Children Check" clearance in accordance with the 'Child Protection (WWC) Act 2012 for Paid workers
