Cemeteries & Asset Maintenance Crew Member

Do you have experience in cemetery operations and compassionate by nature?
Are you willing to apply your skills and knowledge within Shellharbour area cemeteries?
You will contribute to the construction and maintenance of Council's assets, be supportive and have a positive attitude and work ethic. You will have the ability to prioritise daily work activities in a team environment.
This role requires the ability to operate plant and equipment within our cemeteries which includes undertaking daily work in an emotionally charged environment, while understanding the impacts of the grieving process in the cemetery setting.
Some duties include maintaining Council grounds and cemetery sites, digging for burials and set ups for the burial service to ensure our cemetery grounds are well maintained.

- Permanent full time, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight
- Commencing salary range from $60,128 - $66,386 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
