Team Supervisor Civil Works - Lead the crew that keeps our city moving!
The Team Supervisor Civil Works role will lead the planning and delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects that keep our city’s public assets safe, functional and future-ready.
You will provide hands-on leadership to a small, capable team, coordinating people, plant and contractors to deliver high-quality works efficiently and cost-effectively.
Reporting to the Civil Work Coordinator, you'll be part of a collaborative, solutions focused team that values initiative, safety and continuous improvement. Together, you will strive to deliver reliable infrastructure and responsive service to the community.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A relevant qualification in civil construction or maintenance (or be well on the way to completing one).
- Strong experience in delivering civil infrastructure projects, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage works programs within budget and timeframes.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members, contractors and the community.
- Confidence working independently and making informed decisions in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Competence using digital tools, including asset management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with experience implementing WHS practices and contributing to better ways of working.
- A current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence (MR licence and relevant industry cards or willingness to obtain are also required).

- Commencing salary range from $80,010 - $84,908 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
