We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our Capital Works and Design team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-impact capital and operational projects on behalf of Council.
In this role, you will provide expert leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects - including civil works, buildings and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for meeting project objectives and contractual obligations are delivered on time and within budget.
You will bring proven experience in managing large-scale civil or building projects and have a talent for building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering complex projects such as civil works, buildings or civic and open space infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills and a results-driven mindset.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
A role that works closely with the Senior Project Delivery Officer (Civil) and a team of passionate professionals who are committed to delivering real benefits to our community.

- 2 year fixed term contract with the possibility of a 1 year extension (up to three years in total).
- Full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Commencing salary range from $101,440 to $107,649 per annum (based on qualifications and experience)

- Plus Civil Liability Allowance may be offered to eligible applicants
