Golf Operations Assistant

The Links Shell Cove is seeking a motivated, passionate and customer focused golf enthusiast to provide a positive golfing experience to our customers.

A rewarding role that provides;

  • Excellence in customer service, including retail/sales experience
  • Facility maintenance and presentation of our golf pro shop and surrounds
  • Promotion and activation of our facility and space that provides sport and recreation needs of the community and our customers
  • Being a supportive team player with the ability to be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays as required

Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, experience in a recreational/sporting environment, computer and point of sale experience in a variety of payments and have (or able to obtain) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

  • Permanent full time, up to 38 hours per week
  • Will be required to work weekend and evening shifts including public holidays
  • Commencing salary range from $1,122.63 - $1,191.34 per week, plus weekend and public holiday penalties
  • Plus 11.5% superannuation

  • Access to local government benefits such as; LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave per annum, Fitness Passport, Provident Fund activities etc.  

Please Note: 

  • This position requires a National Police History Check clearance.
  • This position requires a current "Working with Children Check" clearance in accordance with the 'Child Protection (WWC) Act 2012 for Paid workers
  • You will need to complete a Pre-placement Medical Assessment
