Property Management Coordinator

The Property Management Coordinator has the responsibility for the coordination of the commercial property activities of Council.  This exciting opportunity includes identifying property market opportunities for the purchase and sale of Council land to optimise Council's position in all property dealings.

You will lead and mentor a small team to fulfill property related matters and ensure best practice in efficient and transparent decision.

  • Full time, up to 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
  • up to 12 months, with possibility of an extension
  • Salary up to $1,758.17 per week, plus 9.5% superannuation

Note: This position requires the ability to pass a National Police History check.
