Development Contributions Planner

Location: Shellharbour City Centre NSW

You will work hand in hand with a dedicated Accountant and Administration Officer in a small team, to implement, monitor and review Council's development contributions programs in accordance with the NSW Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and current best practice.

Reporting to the Group Manager City Planning, the Development Contributions Planner will be suitably qualified and experienced in Town Planning or similar.  You will have the opportunity to lead upcoming projects including, a comprehensive review of Council’s Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan and negotiation of voluntary planning agreements for major urban release areas.

  • Permanent Position with flexibility of hours between 28 – 35 hours per week to provide work/life balance
  • Salary up to $96,630.56 per annum (35 hours) plus 9.5% superannuation
